Noostr v0.6 Update 2 is released!

Main patch fixes problems with certain hosting account behind proxies, causing theme files to not be loaded. Symptom: empty content area in pages that should exist (like "hot" and "new" and "login").

Other fixes include better form handling, extra options for page management (although they look funny and nesting probably won't work yet), and a security patch.
